Discs read error and had to send them back, disappointing since I was really looking forward to trying these out.
Modern Times Warriors rock!
This video was very impressive. The instructors were very adept at imparting their information and techniques. I recommend their DVDs to anyone looking to begin learning Krav Maga.

This is one DVD I wished I had when I was in Law Enforcement...Shows so much more that what I was taught during my time in service. I would recommend this to all my friends.
