Trust me, this is Level 2!!
Half of Level 2 Body Blast is the warm-up, in which PJ O'Clair does an excellent job focusing on stretching and awakening your core and all the muscle groups. PJ and two other beautiful instructors make this workout seem so easy! The inviting well-lit set, along with subtle music and PJ's expert cueing and instruction made the time go by quickly. Make no mistake ... it will challenge you, exhaust your muscles and you leave feeling that you've accomplished something. After the warm-up, they perform several sets of intervals, repeating each at least two times. Bare feet, no equipment, just a step up a level on basic Pilates movements. Definitely doable and enjoyable, I combined this workout with a simple walk, and I felt terrific afterwards! Punch up your old routine ... get out of your rut and feel the burn! You'll be glad you tried a new and challenging workout like this.
